Elin Nelson

Elin Nelson is an experienced instructional design specialist currently working at Point32Health, where responsibilities include updating and developing online training materials for remote call center representatives in the health insurance sector. With a background in education, Elin has previously served as a Hindi-Urdu teacher at The Culture Tree, teaching group classes and designing lesson plans. A lead instructor at JVS Boston, Elin mentored other instructors and developed online curricula while teaching ESOL and computer literacy to adult learners.
