Erin Kabba

Erin Kabba is an experienced instructional design specialist currently working at Hanover Research, where responsibilities include collaborating with school leaders to develop e-learning courses, conducting needs assessments, and creating research-based deliverables for K-12 clients. In addition to this role, Erin serves as CEO of The Oya Collective, LLC, focusing on personal and professional development through coaching and consulting services. Erin is also a board member and director of events for Linked Africa, overseeing event planning and execution. Previously, Erin has held various educational roles, including student teaching supervisor at Delaware State University, Spanish immersion coach for the Delaware Department of Education, and Spanish teacher at Milford School District. Erin holds a Master's degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from the University of Delaware.
