Kristina Oneill

Kristina ONeill, MBA, PMP, CSM, has extensive experience in project and program management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of the ePMO at Point32Health since June 2021. Previously, Kristina held the position of Senior Project Manager at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from April 2018 to June 2021 and was with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for nearly two decades, where roles included Director of Project Management in Enterprise Shared Services and various program management positions. Key achievements encompass leading cross-divisional project implementations, managing enterprise content management systems, and overseeing multiple IT projects within significant initiatives. Kristina holds an MBA in Information Technology from Suffolk University and a BA in Health and Society from the University of Rochester.
