Laura Nikopoulos

Laura Nikopoulos is an experienced healthcare industry professional with a strong background in network and provider performance management. Currently serving as Vice President of Network & Provider Performance Management and Vice President of Network & Performance Management for Medicare at Point32Health since September 2021, Laura has previously held significant roles at UMass Memorial Health, including Senior Director of Managed Care Contracting and Director of Value Based Contracting. Laura’s career also includes extensive experience at Tufts Health Plan, where roles ranged from Director to Associate Contract Manager in Contracting Strategy & Analytics. Early career experience includes an analyst position at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Laura holds an M.B.A. in Health Sector Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Assumption University.
