Lauren Hartwell

Lauren Hartwell, MPH, is a seasoned health care professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and program management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Health Care Services Strategy & Operations at Point32Health, Lauren leads business planning processes and key initiatives for senior leadership. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at Point32Health, where Lauren implemented governance processes and managed a portfolio of Population Health initiatives. Previously, Lauren contributed as Project Manager III at Tufts Health Plan, overseeing cross-functional projects in population health management, and held various positions at Boston Children's Hospital, including Quality Improvement Consultant. Lauren holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
