Noela Kokomani

Noela Kokomani, CHIE, currently serves as the Director of MassHealth Policy and Program Administration at Point32Health, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Noela held the role of Vice President of Account Partnerships and Head of New England Health Plans at Beacon Health Options from May 2020 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading behavioral health program strategies and managing profit and loss for designated accounts. Prior to that, Noela worked at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan/Well Sense Health Plan for 15 years, serving as Vice President of Public Partnerships, where engagement with government partners and oversight of Medicaid Managed Care operations took precedence. Noela also held the positions of Director of Public Partnerships and Manager of MassHealth Program, acquiring extensive expertise in Medicaid compliance and healthcare policy. Academically, Noela holds a BA in Linguistics and Literature from Tirana University and a Certified Health Insurance Executive designation from America's Health Insurance Plans, having completed the executive leadership program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
