Rezarta Molla

Rezarta Molla has extensive experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory affairs. Rezarta is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Point32Health, where they oversee regulatory compliance and ethics programs. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Corporate Compliance at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where they managed complex regulatory initiatives and integrated various business functions. Rezarta also worked at Tufts Health Plan, where they held roles as Sr. Manager of Regulatory Compliance and Manager of Government Programs/Regulatory and Policy Communications. Their early career at UNICEF focused on project management and research in Eastern European countries, specifically in the areas of public policy, poverty, and children's welfare.

Rezarta Molla earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Natural Sciences. Rezarta then pursued further education and completed a Project Management Certificate at Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. Continuing their educational journey, Rezarta Molla obtained an MBA degree from Curry College.
