James Zhang

James Zhang is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in quantitative research and analysis. Currently serving as a Research Analyst at Point72 since October 2021, James focuses on macroeconomic and volatility research. Prior to this role, James worked as a Quantitative Researcher at Millennium and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, showcasing expertise in quantitative methodologies. James began a career in finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate from March 2015 to January 2018. Academically, James holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Banking from the School of Economics at Peking University.
