Sambit Mishra

Sambit Mishra is an experienced hardware engineer currently working at Point72 since May 2023. Previously, Sambit held various leadership positions, including Head of FPGA Development at Goldman Sachs from September 2018 to April 2023 and Head of Software Engineering at HC Technologies, LLC from January 2016 to July 2018. Sambit also served as Lead FPGA Engineer at Allston Trading and worked as an independent FPGA Engineer contractor at SPEED TRADING PARTNERS LLC. Earlier career milestones include partnership and development roles at Mach2 Software, LLC and a software engineering position at AEGISOFT. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both obtained from New York University between September 2001 and May 2005.
