Annie Trieu

Annie Trieu serves as a Sr. Talent Sourcing Specialist at PointClickCare since November 2015, having progressed from Junior Sourcing Specialist to her current role. Trieu specializes in technical recruitment, utilizing various sourcing methods to build candidate pipelines and ensure a positive hiring experience. Responsibilities include candidate relationship management, screening and evaluating potential candidates, managing full-cycle recruiting processes, and collaborating closely with hiring managers. Trieu also engages in employer branding initiatives and develops innovative sourcing techniques while supporting onboarding processes. Prior to PointClickCare, Trieu gained recruitment experience during an internship at isgSearch, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates and managing the applicant tracking system. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Strategy and Technology from Seneca Polytechnic.
