Christine Myroniw

Christine Myroniw has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Christine most recently worked at PointClickCare as the VP of Total Rewards & People Experience, having held the same title at Munich Re Canada previously. At Munich Re Canada, Christine led the Compensation & Benefits team and was responsible for various initiatives, such as redesigning benefits and wellness programs, implementing new pension plans, and developing sales compensation and spot bonus programs. Prior to that, they worked at LoyaltyOne as an Associate Director and Manager of Total Rewards, overseeing compensation programs, international benefits, and job evaluation. Christine also has experience in talent management and development, having been a Talent Management and Development Partner at Research In Motion. Before that, they worked at ADP as a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager, providing HR support to leaders and driving organizational initiatives. Christine began their career as a Human Resources Manager at the Toronto Port Authority and also gained experience as an HR Assistant at Entourage Technology Solutions.
