Elaine Cobb

Elaine Cobb is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership across various technology and research companies. Currently serving as Vice President at PointClickCare since February 2024, Elaine previously held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Coveo, where Elaine achieved notable operational and financial results. Elaine's leadership at Coveo included mentoring a successful Customer Success team during a 2021 IPO and integrating acquired team members seamlessly. Prior to Coveo, Elaine spent 15 years at Comscore, Inc., leading the global client success function and driving significant revenue growth. Elaine's career began at SurveySite, where rapid growth led to multiple promotions, and included foundational roles at Ipsos and an internship at Air Canada. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Finance from McGill University.
