Misty Lafave

Misty LaFave is an experienced technology and product management leader currently serving as Director of Product Management - Interoperability at PointClickCare, focusing on interoperability strategy and regulatory-compliant product delivery in healthcare. Previously, LaFave held the position of Director, Platform Product Management at CSAA Insurance Group, overseeing data services and governance for external partners and business operations. With a significant tenure at Cerner Corporation, LaFave advanced from Senior Manager of Technical Delivery to Director roles, driving digital transformation strategies and enhancing cloud capabilities. Early career experience includes roles as Technology Architect and Network Engineer at Degenkolb Engineers. LaFave holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the University of Central Missouri.
