Srinivas R.

Srinivas R. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. SRINIVAS started their career as a Graduate Assistant at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they were involved in maintaining student records and performing data entry. SRINIVAS then worked as a Research Assistant, leading the development of an "Intelligent Agent aided" e-Market software.

Srinivas went on to work as a Programmer Analyst and Consultant at AIG United Guaranty, where they played a key role in designing and developing a Reverse Mortgage Insurance system. SRINIVAS was also responsible for building the Servicing & Billing module and maintaining the Contracts Servicing & Billing System.

Srinivas then joined Duke Energy as a Designer/Developer, where they worked on developing a Java-based messaging application and implementing a dynamic web UI. SRINIVAS was also involved in designing and developing a new IVR system.

After that, Srinivas worked as a Senior Software Developer at Comverse and as a Technology Associate at Morgan Stanley, where they gained experience in software architecture, design, and development.

Currently, Srinivas is working as a Software Engineering Team Lead at PointClickCare, where they lead a team of Software Engineers and QAs. SRINIVAS is responsible for planning and managing projects and resources, as well as coordinating projects across multiple teams.

Srinivas R. completed a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut from 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Srinivas pursued an MS in Information Technology and Management with a focus on Information Systems & Operations Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Bryan School of Business.
