Uzzan J. Tshiband

Uzzan J. Tshiband, MBA has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Uzzan J. is currently working at PointClickCare as the Director of People Experience, starting from January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IBM from 2013 to 2021, taking on different leadership positions. These roles included being the Global Transformation & Innovation Leader, Leader of HR@IBM North America, and the Global Operations Leader for HR Employee Services Center. Uzzan also served as an HR Team Leader/SME and an HR Service Associate, where they gained expertise in HR policy, payroll, and benefits. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in resource planning, business control, leadership, and providing exceptional HR services to clients.

Uzzan J. Tshiband, MBA holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, which was earned between 2014 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institut Superieur de Commerce between 2006 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Uzzan has also obtained various certifications, including the Osgoode Advanced Certificate in Workplace Investigations in 2023, the Digital Transformation in HR certification from The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2023, and several certifications from IBM such as Blue Core Coach in 2020, Earning Advocacy Practitioner and Cognitive Practitioner in 2018, IBM Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in 2013, IBM Certified Senior Manager in November 2020, as well as other certifications related to HR and managerial roles.
