Stephanie Hepp

Stephanie Hepp serves as the Director of Strategy & Operations at Pointe Advisory, where they drive strategic initiatives. They previously held positions as an Investment Associate at Trolley Venture Partners, a Strategy Manager at Apeel, and a Senior Program Manager at CNH Industrial. Stephanie co-founded Run Rate, contributing to growth strategies for early-stage ventures, and has experience in investment banking with Wells Fargo Securities. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
