Jacquelyn Ritchay SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Jacquelyn started their career at The Retirement Advantage in 2009, where they worked as a Transaction Coordinator until 2012. Jacquelyn then joined Pointe Precision, Inc. as an Office Administrator for a brief period before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Assistant. Jacquelyn gradually progressed within the company and held positions such as Human Resource Manager, Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as the VP of Human Resources. Jacquelyn'swork experience reflects their expertise and growth in the field of human resources.

Jacquelyn Ritchay SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, with a focus on Sociology and Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. In December 2016, they also earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
