Jim Castor

Jim Castor has over 20 years of experience in human resources and risk management. Jim is currently the Director at PointHR, Inc, a company they helped found in 2008. Prior to PointHR, Jim was the President and Founder of Court Check Inc, a company that provided criminal background checks. Jim also spent 6 years as the Managing Director at Insite Loss Prevention Services. In their current role at PointHR, Jim is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company and developing strategic plans for the company's growth. Jim has been instrumental in consolidating HR technologies and streamlining processes to make PointHR a leading provider of HR solutions. Under Jim's leadership, PointHR has helped thousands of businesses manage their HR needs more efficiently and effectively.

Jim Castor attended Wichita State University Graduate School from 1989 to 1991, where they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Student Government Legislative Relations Committee Chair. Jim received their undergraduate degree from Wichita State University in 1986-1989, where they studied Administration of Justice and Business. Jim was also involved in Student Government and the Legislative Relations Committee while they were an undergraduate. Before that, they attended Wichita Northwest High School. Jim has also completed training in the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation from John E. Reid & Associates, Inc. and the Wicklander-Zulawski Non-Confrontational Interview & Interrogation Method from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates.
