Fakhir Khan

Fakhir Khan has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2014. Fakhir began their career as an Intern at Nestlé in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Electrical Engineering Department of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where they co-authored two papers and updated content for the entry-level EE course, EE-100. In 2016, Khan worked as a Research Assistant at the Computer Vision and Graphics Lab at the Computer Science Department in LUMS. During their stay, they completed their thesis on Autonomous Vehicles, using End-to-End Deep Learning and was the lead developer on a fully-funded Ignite Project. In 2018, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at SlashNext, Inc. Most recently, Khan has been working at Pointivo since 2020 in various roles, including Engineering Manager, Technical Lead - Cognitive Team, Senior ML Software Engineer, and ML Software Engineer.

Fakhir Khan completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics and Control Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore between 2011 and 2015. Fakhir then went on to pursue a MS in Embedded Systems and Electronics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences between 2016 and 2018.
