Matthew has been working in the IT field for 26 years. His career started on a software helpdesk for Compaq (now HP) and quickly worked his way up into doing network and server support for companies such as GE Capital. In the mid-2000’s Matthew did a number of consulting jobs before landing a job as the IT Manager for Afton Alps (later Vail Resorts) which he worked at for almost 10 years, providing all levels of support as well as management for a single organization. Matthew has a broad range of experience and knowledge of the underlying technologies of IT spanning decades. Matthew currently works as a Senior Technician for Point North Networks providing escalation support and working on infrastructure projects.
