Andrea Thomas

Andrea Thomas currently serves as the Senior Director of Network Engagement at Points of Light since March 2015, having previously held the position of Senior Manager of Global Service. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Associate Director of Community Partnerships and Skill-Based Volunteerism Manager at Hands On Atlanta from May 2006 to March 2015. Andrea’s extensive experience in academia includes serving as a Faculty Member for the Volunteer Management Certificate Program at the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and holding the position of Academic Dean at Faculdade Christus and FIC - Integrated Colleges of Ceará. Andrea's earlier professional experiences include marketing management at François & Co. and consulting for SEBRAE-CE. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Small Business Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual do Ceará.
