The current leadership team at Points of Light has a wide range of experience in different industries. The team's head of strategy has worked with Sterling Volunteers and been a senior consultant at Community Wealth Ventures. The team's founder and principal has a degree from Vanderbilt University in Interdisciplinary Honors and a degree from Universidad de la Habana in Politics, History, Economics. The team's finance chair has also worked with Break Away.
