Mathijs Demaeght

Mathijs Demaeght has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mathijs is currently the Co-founder & VP of Design at Pok Pok since February 2019. Previously, from July 2016 to January 2019, they worked as an Art Director at Built By Snowman, Inc. and also co-owned the Moss Kingdom during the same period. Prior to this, Mathijs worked as a Freelance Concept artist, Animator, Illustrator, and Indie Developer from September 2014 to June 2016, and as a Graphic Designer at ARA NV from October 2014 to May 2015. Their earliest known work experience was at Roos Productions where they worked as a Designer from February 2010 to February 2013, primarily involved in designing the white toy doll for their clothing line, creating folders and catalogs, and providing ongoing graphic design support.

Mathijs Demaeght completed a Master's degree in Animation at Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Animation from the same institution, studying from 2010 to 2013. In their earlier education, Mathijs attended TA Heule from 2005 to 2007, where they completed their secondary/high school education in Multimedia Technology.
