Aleks Nastev

Aleks Nastev's work experience includes roles at multiple companies. Aleks started at Drake International in 2014 as a Consultant. Aleks then moved on to work at Bkom Studios as a Human Resources Advisor in 2016. In the same year, they joined Optel Group as a Programmer, where they developed middleware and connected software to various APIs and ERPs in the pharmaceutical industry. Aleks also worked on business intelligence solutions and collaborated on the company's solution architectures. In 2017, they worked as a Teacher at Collège Bart. Currently, they are employed at Poka Inc. as a Back End Developer, working on their RESTful API using Python/Django/RestFramework and Typescript/Angular/Node.js technologies.

Aleks Nastev's education history begins in 2006, when they attended Cégep de Ste-Foy and obtained a D.E.C in Sciences Humaines. Aleks then went on to Université Laval in 2009 and completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Relations industrielles in 2013. During their time at Université Laval, Aleks also spent a semester in 2013 at Freie Universität Berlin, where they earned 6 credits in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. After their undergraduate studies, they attended College Bart from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Game Development with a focus on Computer Programming. Currently, Aleks is enrolled at Université Laval, where they are pursuing a Certificate in Computer Science, with no specified end date.
