Marc Vermette

Marc Vermette is the EVP of Sales at Poka. Marc has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology industries. Marc has held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, business development, and product management. Marc has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability for their companies. Marc is a thought leader in the areas of digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and the Internet of Things. Marc has spoken at numerous conferences and events on these topics. Marc has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.

Marc Vermette received their Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in Manufacturing from Polytechnique Montréal in 1989. Marc also holds a college diploma in Sciences from Collège de Maisonneuve and a secondary school diploma in General from Collège Jean-Eudes. In addition, they are certified by the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as an engineer and by MESA International as a MESA Certificate of Competency holder. Marc is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.

Marc Vermette reports to Alexandre Leclerc, Co-Founder & CEO. Marc Vermette works with Andrea Masterton - VP, Marketing, Antoine Bisson - Co-Founder & CTO, and Serge Thibault - VP, Information Security.
