Mathieu Marcotte

Mathieu Marcotte has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mathieu started their career in 2013 as an Analyste Administratif at the Ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport. In 2014, they worked as a Stagiaire en architecture d'entreprise at Industrielle Alliance and also served as a Vice-président académique for AESIO, where they provided tutoring and support to students. Mathieu then joined Industrial Alliance as an Analyste aux systèmes in 2015. In the same year, they started working at Université Laval, where they held roles such as Chargé de cours, Auxiliaire de recherche, and Auxiliaire d'enseignement. In 2016, they joined Poka Inc. as an Analyste en sécurité de l'information. Mathieu Marcotte has a strong background in information security and academic teaching.

Mathieu Marcotte's education history begins in 2009, when they enrolled at Cégep de Victoriaville and pursued a degree in Sciences Pures, which they completed in 2012. Mathieu then attended Université Laval from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (BAA) with a field of study in Gestion des technologies d'affaires.

In 2014, Mathieu continued their studies at Université Laval and earned a Certificat en économique, which they completed in 2016. During this time, from 2015 to 2016, they also attended Université Laval and pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Gestion des technologies de l'information, although the field of study is not specified.

In 2016, Mathieu expanded their educational experiences by attending the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) for their Graduate Summer School. Here, they focused on Natural resource management and policy: The Norwegian model.

Most recently, in 2019 to 2020, Mathieu returned to Université Laval and pursued a Certificat en gestion de risques.
