Nilusha Bandara is a seasoned professional in product management and digital transformation, currently serving as Lead Product Owner at Poka Inc. since August 2024. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as Lead Product Manager for Dialog.lk at Dialog Axiata PLC, where Nilusha successfully launched Sri Lanka's first e-commerce platform compliant with SLTRC KYC requirements, marking a significant milestone in the telecommunications sector. Nilusha also held the position of Unit Manager for Online Digitization, focusing on the digitization of offline services and driving online business results.
