Before joining CellNetix Pathology and Laboratories, Aimee worked as a Lab Supervisor/Histologist, Specialist at Cedars-Sinai from 2012 to 2015. Aimee also served as a Lead Technician/IHC Technician III at Genzyme Genetics from 2010 to 2012 and as a Histotechnician at PLUS Diagnostics from 2009 to 2010. Their earliest work experience includes the role of Histotechnician at US LABS from 2006 to 2009 and Sales Consultant at AT&T Wireless from 2004 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Aimee has obtained several credentials in various areas. Aimee is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, having completed the certification in March 2022. Aimee also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in April 2023. Furthermore, Aimee has been certified as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, completing the certification in October 2022. Aimee is a Scrum Master certified by Mountain Goat Software and a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, certified by Scaled Agile, Inc., both obtained in February 2022 and March 2020, respectively. Additionally, Aimee holds a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, which was obtained in July 2019.
