Aimee Tolentino has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aimee is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at The Pokémon Company International since 2022. Prior to this, they were a member of the Board of Advisors at Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College Design Thinking Program since 2022.

From 2021 to 2022, Aimee served as a Senior Technical Program Manager at VIZIO, where they led the Client-side Software & Services organization and acted as the Product Owner of VIZIO's main software platform, SmartCast TV and WatchFree+. Aimee played a crucial role in the rebranding of WatchFree to WatchFree+, ensuring a seamless user transition and integration of ad-supported Video on Demand (AVOD), leading to increased revenue for the platform.

Before joining VIZIO, Aimee worked at Globant from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they held the position of VIZIO - Program Manager and later served as a Project Manager/Consultant at The Allen Institute. At Globant, they provided consulting services on IT infrastructure and maintenance initiatives and implemented process improvements such as Daily Standups to enhance communication and visibility within the organization.

Aimee's earlier experience includes working as an IT Manager at CellNetix Pathology and Laboratories from 2015 to 2019, where they managed IT support staff, prioritized projects, and collaborated with stakeholders to meet departmental and enterprise-level requirements. Prior to that, they served as a 3rd Shift Histology Laboratory Supervisor at the same organization, overseeing a team of 16 technicians and implementing strategies to optimize workflow and training programs.

Before joining CellNetix Pathology and Laboratories, Aimee worked as a Lab Supervisor/Histologist, Specialist at Cedars-Sinai from 2012 to 2015. Aimee also served as a Lead Technician/IHC Technician III at Genzyme Genetics from 2010 to 2012 and as a Histotechnician at PLUS Diagnostics from 2009 to 2010. Their earliest work experience includes the role of Histotechnician at US LABS from 2006 to 2009 and Sales Consultant at AT&T Wireless from 2004 to 2006.

Aimee Tolentino, CSM, CSPO, SAFe POPM, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.

In terms of certifications, Aimee has obtained several credentials in various areas. Aimee is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, having completed the certification in March 2022. Aimee also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in April 2023. Furthermore, Aimee has been certified as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, completing the certification in October 2022. Aimee is a Scrum Master certified by Mountain Goat Software and a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, certified by Scaled Agile, Inc., both obtained in February 2022 and March 2020, respectively. Additionally, Aimee holds a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, which was obtained in July 2019. Aimee has also completed the Management Academy and received a Certificate of Completion from Archbright in August 2019.
