Deepika Jaggi

Deepika Jaggi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Deepika is currently working at The Pokémon Company International as a Sr. Technical Project Manager for eCommerce, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Business Process Analyst for eCommerce at the same company from February 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining The Pokémon Company International, Deepika worked at Microsoft as a Project Manager (Capgemini Invent) from October 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they led the Support team for Finance Business and Intelligence - Operations and managed the development and implementation of Digital Transformation programs and initiatives.

Deepika also has experience working at Amazon as a Business Analyst (Nytec Inc.) in 2018, where they assisted with data and business analysis for the Human Resource Center (HRC) for the full Ticket Elimination program. Additionally, they administered and provided subject matter expertise on the BMC Trouble Ticketing tool.

Earlier in their career, Deepika worked at Tata Consultancy Services in various roles. Deepika was an IT Analyst from January 2017 to January 2018, where they gained experience in project planning, communication management, and business analysis. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Engineer from June 2016 to January 2017, where they provided process consulting, error reconciliation, and stakeholder management for a client's time recording tool for Medical Budgeting. Deepika also worked as a Systems Engineer from October 2013 to June 2016, where they acquired knowledge in drug development processes and gained subject matter expertise in the client's business processes.

Deepika's work experience began with an internship at CSIR IGIB from January 2013 to August 2013.

Deepika Jaggi attended Delhi Technological University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech.). Prior to that, they attended Amity University from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech.). Along with their formal education, Deepika has also obtained various certifications throughout the years. Some of their certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2022, Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2021, Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2020, and ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017, among others.
