Guneeta Chadha, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. In 2016, they worked as a Community Coordinator and Product Advisor at Microsoft, where they focused on building partnerships with community-based organizations and led the GIVE campaign to increase volunteer percentages. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Communications Specialist at King County, WA. At Microsoft, they held the role of Senior Communication Program Manager from 2020 to 2021, where they strategized and created diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) content for Microsoft Teams technology. In 2020, they also worked as a Principal Consultant at Simplicity Consulting. In 2021, Guneeta joined the Youth Development Executives of King County (YDEKC) as a Policy and Advocacy Manager, where they managed partnerships with youth-serving organizations and focused on advocating for equitable legislation. In the same year, they began working at the ACLU of Northern California as a Criminal Justice Legal-Policy Specialist, conducting legal-policy research on the criminal legal system. Currently, they hold positions as a Social Impact Program Manager at The Pokémon Company International and as a Board Member at Creative Justice.

Guneeta Chadha, MPA, has a Master of Public Policy degree with a concentration in Social Policy & Policy Analysis from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington. Guneeta also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Washington, with a minor in Human Rights. Furthermore, Guneeta Chadha has obtained a Certificate in Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality from Columbia Law School.
