Monica Craven

Monica Craven has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Monica started their career in 2010 as a Sales Assistant at Miss Selfridge, where they provided customer service, conducted stock taking, and handled cashier duties. In 2012, they joined Language Empire as an HR Recruitment, Training, and Development Assistant for a brief period. Later that year, they moved to Penguin Random House UK, initially working as a Resourcing Coordinator, responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process and other recruitment tasks. In 2014, they transitioned to an HR Advisor role within the same company, which they held until 2017. In 2017, Monica joined The Pokémon Company International as an HR Generalist and eventually progressed to the position of HR Business Partner in April 2019, where they currently serve.

Monica Craven pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2008, they attended The University of Manchester, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Psychology. Following this, they enrolled at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2012 and completed a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management.
