Pauline Molinari

Pauline Molinari currently serves as a Production Manager for Publishing at The Pokémon Company International since March 2024. With extensive experience in the publishing industry, Pauline co-founded ChicaCircle in June 2008, a DIY craft blog focused on tween girls and their mothers, while also operating Design by Pauline, providing freelance design and product development services. Previously, Pauline held various leadership roles at The Quarto Group from May 2014 to February 2024, including Editorial Director, overseeing custom kits and collaborating on children's non-fiction titles.
