Michael Chen

Michael Chen has significant work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder, CEO of ImportLA, Inc. from May 2005 to November 2015. Michael then went on to co-found Beyond Vape, where they held the positions of Managing Partner and CEO. Additionally, they co-founded Nexus Brands Group and held various roles, including co-founder, CEO, board member, and advisor. Michael also co-founded IP Shark and worked as an advisor. Most recently, Michael co-founded Pokéworks and held the positions of Co-Founder, President, and Co-Founder, Managing Partner. Michael's earlier work experience includes roles at Sandia National Labs, Intel, and Microsoft.

Michael Chen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA in 2002. Before that, they attended University High School from 1994 to 1998. Michael later pursued a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science at Cornell University from 2003 to 2004.
