Nishma Shah

Nishma Shah has a strong background in product management and strategy. Their current role is as the Head of Product (Loyalty) at PokitPal, where they focus on revolutionizing customer engagement through white-labeling solutions and API capabilities. Nishma has experience as a CPO at Paylab, a Senior Product Consultant at Product Rocket, and as a Senior Manager - New Products & Strategy at Wpay. Nishma also held roles at WooliesX, Westpac Group, Virgin Mobile Australia, 2ergo Group Plc, and Gambit Group, where they gained extensive experience in product management, customer experience, and strategic planning.

Nishma Shah completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science with Computing from the University of Kent between 1992 and 1995. Nishma later pursued their Chartered Marketer degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, graduating between 2000 and 2004. In 2021, they became a CIM MCIM Member through the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
