Dragana Gagic has a diverse work experience history. Dragana began their career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Macedonia, where they worked as a consecutive translator for a brief period in 2016. Following this, they joined RSM Maintenance as an Assistant Project Manager, a role they held from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, Dragana served as the Secretary of the jury at the "Manaki Brothers" International Cinematographers Film Festival. Dragana then joined the OSCE as an Interpreter and Consecutive Translator in 2019 for a short time. From 2019 to 2021, Dragana worked at LEORON Institute, first as an Executive Assistant and then as a Senior Executive Assistant and Team Leader. In their role at LEORON, they provided high-level administrative support, managed the employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination, and handled payroll responsibilities. Currently, Dragana is employed at Polar Cape as an Office and Legal Administrator, where they are responsible for maintaining employee and company records, drafting and proofreading legal documents, and ensuring compliance with national regulations.

Dragana Gagic attended the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Modern Greek Language - level B2 in the School of Modern Greek.
