Tara Raveendran

Tara Raveendran is a highly experienced professional in the healthcare and life sciences sector, currently serving as Head of Healthcare Research at Polar Capital since September 2021 and Principal at Protodigm. Raveendran is also the Founder and Director of SSquared Consulting, which focuses on bridging academia and industry within the life sciences. Previous roles include Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences Research at Shore Capital, Analyst for the UK Vaccines Task Force, and positions in corporate finance and equity analysis at Deloitte, Jefferies, and Lehman Brothers. Raveendran holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a PhD in Structural Biology from Imperial College London, as well as a High School Diploma from Mentor College in Canada.
