Ismo Savikoski

Ismo Savikoski has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as PPM at Nokia Mobile Phones from an unknown date until May 2009. From June 2009 to January 2011, they served as the Head of Program Management at the same company. Ismo then briefly held the position of Product Making Head from February 2011 to June 2011 before transitioning to the role of Head of Resources and Capacity Planning from June 2011 to September 2012. Ismo then pursued an MBA at Oulu Business School, studying from September 2012 to May 2013. Following their education, they joined Polar Electro Oy as the Vice President of Products and Services from April 2013 to February 2017. Ismo then became the Vice President of Programs from February 2017 until December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Research and Development at the same company from January 2019.

Ismo Savikoski completed their education at the University of Oulu. In 1987, they started their studies and graduated in 1993 with a Master of Science degree in Telecommunication. After a gap of almost two decades, they returned to the University of Oulu in 2012 and graduated in 2013 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology driven business.
