Taina Koskela

Taina Koskela has extensive work experience in HR and management roles. Taina currently serves as the Director of HR at Polar Electro Oy, where they lead the HR team and manages HR policies and practices. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR at Polar Electro Oy. Taina also has experience as the HR Director at Sako Ltd, where they were responsible for maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality products. Taina has also worked as a Negotiations Manager and Development Manager at Alko Oy, where they focused on the retail sale of alcoholic beverages. Taina has previous experience as an HR Manager at Acta Systems Oy / Yomi Fusion Oy, and as a Prisma Manager at Raahen Prisma, Osuuskauppa Arina.

Taina Koskela completed their upper secondary school education at Kiiminki from 1984 to 1987. Following this, they attended the University of Vaasa where they pursued a Master of Science (Economics) degree in Management and Organization from 1989 to 1995.
