Sam Borne

Sam Borne is an accomplished student leader at Bowdoin College, currently serving as the President of the Bowdoin College Debate Team, where efforts have been focused on restructuring and expanding the team to 50 active members. In addition to this role, Sam holds the position of Vice President at the Polar Investment Club, managing analysts to produce comprehensive reports on various companies and geopolitical trends. Past experiences include internships at the U.S. Department of State and the American Enterprise Institute, participation in the Roosevelt Institute as a Forge Fellow, and research assistance at Bowdoin College. Sam has also led civic education initiatives and worked in political engagement roles, demonstrating a commitment to both academic excellence and community involvement. Expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in May 2026, Sam's diverse experiences underline strong analytical and leadership skills.
