Aku Kajan

Aku Kajan has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Starting in 2012, as a First Lieutenant in the Finnish Defence Forces, they developed leadership and communication skills. In 2016, Aku worked as a Sales Assistant at Investium, gaining experience in customer acquisition and administrative tasks. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Training Coordinator at FCG Finnish Consulting Group, organizing international excursions and making B2B sales. Aku then joined Leadfeeder in 2020, initially as a Business Development Specialist, helping companies convert website visitors into sales leads. Aku later transitioned into an Account Executive role. Currently, Aku is the Commercial Director at Polar Night Software, where they focus on building digital services and products, managing projects, and providing technical expertise.

Aku Kajan obtained a Master's degree in Business and Economics with a specialization in Business Law from Aalto University between 2017 and 2021.
