Deborah Roberts

Deb joined Polar Semiconductor's Human Resources department in 1997 and has supported Polar in a variety of areas including; employee relations, performance, compensation, and training. She is passionate about Polar and its employees. Deb is excited to be a part of Polar's continual growth and success in the dynamic and challenging semiconductor industry. Deb believes "The commitment to quality and technical talent that resonates in both leadership team and employees is the most important ingredient to Polar's proven wins."

Deb studied business at the University of Northern Iowa and began her Human Resources career in both the manufacturing and service industries.
