Michiko Regna

Michiko Regna is a Senior Product Engineer at Polar Semiconductor since April 2014, specializing in yield enhancement and process improvement for integrated circuit and discrete products, with expertise in statistical data analysis and quality improvement. Additionally, Michiko serves as the Sanken liaison, facilitating communication between US and Japan engineering teams for IC technology collaboration, and providing English-Japanese interpretation for technical discussions and reports. Prior to this role, Michiko worked as a Device Engineer at Sanken from April 2009 to April 2014, focusing on developing high voltage devices and BCD technology, as well as conducting reliability testing and process transfer. Michiko holds a Master of Science in Physics and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, both from Toho University.
