Roger Carroll

Roger Carroll is a Semiconductor Process Engineer at Polar Semiconductor since October 1997, with previous experience as a Process Transfer Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor, where responsibilities included transferring CMOS processes from development to production. Prior to this, Roger worked as an Associate Research Engineer at United Technologies Research Center, focusing on microelectronic device development and characterization. Roger holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, both from the University of Connecticut.
