Stefan Krause

Stefan Krause is currently working as Sr. Principal Technology Development Engineer at Polar Semiconductor. Prior to this, Stefan worked at Robert Bosch GmbH as a Senior Process Development Engineer. Before that, Stefan was an R&D Engineer at Bosch Solar Cistech GmbH and a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin. Stefan also has experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Stefan holds a Ph.D. in Surface and Interface Physics from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and a Master's Degree in Physics from the same university, as well as a Master's Degree in Physics from University at Albany, SUNY.
