Clay Kimrey, CPA, MSA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Clay is currently serving as the Vice President Finance at Polar Service Centers since October 2020. Prior to this, Clay worked at EnTrans International, LLC where they held various positions including Vice President, Corporate Controller, Corporate Controller, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Sr. Manager, FP&A. At EnTrans, Clay was responsible for leading controllership and FP&A functions, audits, month-end close, financial reporting, budgets and forecasts, operations, tax, treasury management, lender presentations, mergers and acquisition analysis and accounting, benefits committee, insurance, and various ongoing projects. Clay also worked at GE Oil & Gas as a Finance Manager, FP&A and at Cameron as a Finance Manager, FP&A and Sr. Financial Analyst. Clay began their career as an Accountant at Global Healthcare Alliance. Clay has demonstrated their expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and process improvement throughout their career.

Clay Kimrey, CPA, MSA has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Clay obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Sam Houston State University in 2010, majoring in Biology, Accounting, and Business. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas in 2011. In addition to their degrees, Clay has also obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in April 2014.
