Diane Onofrio

Diane Onofrio has extensive experience in quality management and program coordination. Diane is currently the Director of Quality at Polara Health, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Performance Improvement Manager at UHS's Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital from November 2022 to January 2024. Diane also served as a Council on Accreditation Peer Reviewer from January 2009 to January 2024.

In addition, they have held various roles in program management and quality analysis, including Program Manager at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) from May 2021 to December 2022, Quality Analyst at Southwest Health System from November 2020 to September 2022, Director of Quality at MINGUS MOUNTAIN ESTATE RESIDENTIAL CENTER INC. from August 2018 to August 2020, and Quality Senior Manager at Banner Health from June 2017 to February 2018.

Diane has also worked as a Compliance, Performance, and Quality Improvement Coordinator at Arizonas Children Association from July 2013 to June 2017. Diane started their career as a Program Director at Urban Outreach Tempe First United Methodist Church, where they worked until November 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as a part-time Call Center Supervisor at California Casualty Management Company from January 2011 to October 2014.

Diane Onofrio has a Masters of NonProfit Management from Regis University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Relations from Northern Arizona University, attending from 1998 to 2000. Diane also holds a Bachelors degree in Human Services from Prescott College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Lastly, they completed their high school education at Chaparral High School, but no date range was provided for this.
