Quality Manager at Polara Health

Diane Onofrio has extensive experience in quality management and program coordination. Diane is currently the Director of Quality at Polara Health, a position they have held since August 2023. Diane also holds a Bachelors degree in Human Services from Prescott College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997.
