Christopher von Jako, PhD, serves as the CEO and Board Director of Polarean, a medical imaging technology company focused on advancing pulmonary medicine through MRI applications. With extensive experience in leadership roles across various medical device companies, Christopher has held positions such as President and CEO of BrainsWay, a leader in noninvasive neurostimulation treatments, and President and CEO of NinePoint Medical, which specializes in innovative image guidance solutions for gastroenterology. Christopher's background includes significant contributions to Dynatronics, NeuroTherm, ActiViews, and other organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving healthcare through advanced technologies. Christopher holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Pécs Medical School and multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from Bates College.
