Rikki Nelson

Rikki Nelson is founder and President of Polaris Business Consulting LLC. Ms. Nelson is highly proficient in business planning and oversight for new Project developments. Ms Nelson and Polaris Business Consulting completed nearly 600 Business Plans in support of E-1, E-2, L-1, EB-1, and EB-5 visa applications. Her greatest strengths include the ability to conduct thorough market analyses and create extraordinarily successful financial models for new project and business developments.

Projects include new development of commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, residential homes (single family, multi-family, senior, and student housing), continuous care retirement communities, hotels, casinos, and mixed-use complexes. Business start-up developments include, but are certainly not limited to, retail stores, electronic shopping, education, agriculture, real estate leasing, telecommunications, manufacturing, health care, hospitality, restaurant, professional services, and financial services industries.

In June of 2006, Ms. Nelson retired as a Chief Petty Officer of the U.S. Navy, having honorably served twenty years. Within the U.S. Navy, her qualifications, experience, and expertise included duties and responsibilities in naval nuclear operations, mechanical engineering, nuclear repair planning, quality assurance, and classroom/operational instruction. Rikki earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Washington State University in 2010. She has also earned degrees in Accounting and Website Application Development.
