Paul Gaylord

Paul Gaylord is an experienced leader in the consulting industry, currently serving as the Owner, President, and CEO of Polaris Consulting Group, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Virginia since July 2013. Under Gaylord's leadership, the company has specialized in providing executive support services, staffing, and solutions to clients across federal and state government and private industry. Prior to this role, Gaylord held various positions including Program Manager at Quaestor Federal Consulting for a brief period in 2013, Project Manager at Global Resource Solutions, Inc. from September 2009 to May 2013, and Travel Coordinator to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force from January 1989 to November 2009.
