C. Gustavo Farell

C. Gustavo Farell has a diverse work experience. C. Gustavo started their career in 1983 as a Production Engineer at Honeywell and worked there until 1990. In 1988, they co-founded Cesar-Scott, Inc., where they served as the President and CEO and owned the company. Cesar-Scott, Inc. is a contract manufacturer for wire and cable and electro-mechanical assemblies, with facilities in El Paso, TX, USA and Cd. Juarez, Chih., Mexico. Additionally, Farell worked as an Adjunct Director at TMAC from 2005 to 2011.

C. Gustavo Farell pursued their education in a chronological manner. C. Gustavo began their academic journey in 1979 and completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering at the University of Minnesota in 1983. C. Gustavo then proceeded to enhance their knowledge by obtaining an MBA in General Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 1985 and 1987.

In addition to their formal education, Farell also attained certification as a Certified IPC Trainer from IPC/WHMA-A-620 in February 2016. This certification further demonstrates their commitment to expanding their expertise in their field.
